Practicing mindfulness in an ever-evolving world may sound like an impossible task, but here at The School of Modern Mindfulness, we believe there is a practice for everyone.

Our offerings are designed for modern individuals seeking practices they can seamlessly integrate into their busy routines. We are honoured to offer unique and adaptable programs that help shine a light on the importance of cultivating presence, connecting with ourselves, and living mindfully so that we may shift from a state of constant “doing” to simply “being.”

We’ve divided our offerings into 4 branches of exploration.

Mindfulness

PROGRAM

Our Search Inside Yourself (SIY), Adaptive Resilience, and Beginners Mindfulness Course programs are designed to help modern practitioners of all levels and backgrounds infuse their everyday lives with practical mindfulness exercises that will allow them to tap into their most empowered selves.

Forest Therapy

PROGRAM 

Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is an immersive experience where participants bridge the connection between their inner and outer worlds during a sensory journey. Hosted in tranquil forest environments, you will be invited to participate in a sequence of forest therapy activities.

Movement

COURSE

Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice that combines movement and mindfulness to nurture the body, mind, and soul while promoting flexibility and the opening of the body’s energy pathways. Our Yin Yoga sessions invite yogis of all levels to enjoy longer, more nourishing holds designed to help them calm their minds and bodies by surrendering to gravity.

1:1 Coaching

SESSIONS

Whether you are a seasoned facilitator ready to deepen your practice or a beginner interested in the basics of meditation, our 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching provides a safe space for every student to elevate their practice and create a personalized approach to mindfulness.
