This beginners course is a 4-week program designed to help you respond with skill and grace to today's challenges of the modern world.
An ideal introduction to mindfulness and meditation
We start by taking a journey to your inner world, exploring the deeper workings of the mind. From there, we move on to the world around us and how to respond to life’s many unexpected twists and turns offering a range of practical, mindfulness tools.

Week 2: Fine-Tuning Awareness
Week 3: Thoughts, Emotions, and Developing Self-Compassion
Week 4: Cultivating Empathy, Gratitude, Resilience, and Grit
If you are new to mindfulness and meditation, looking for a refresher, or wanting to return to your practice, this course will support you on your journey.
