Beginners Mindfulness Course

This beginners course is a 4-week program designed to help you respond with skill and grace to today's challenges of the modern world. 

 

An ideal introduction to mindfulness and meditation

We start by taking a journey to your inner world, exploring the deeper workings of the mind. From there, we move on to the world around us and how to respond to life’s many unexpected twists and turns offering a range of practical, mindfulness tools. 

Program Schedule:

  • Week 1: Meditation Basics

  • Week 2: Fine-Tuning Awareness

  • Week 3: Thoughts, Emotions, and Developing Self-Compassion

  • Week 4: Cultivating Empathy, Gratitude, Resilience, and Grit

If you are new to mindfulness and meditation, looking for a refresher, or wanting to return to your practice, this course will support you on your journey.
