Forest Therapy

Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is an immersive experience where participants bridge the connection between their inner and outer worlds during a sensory journey. Hosted in tranquil forest environments, you will be invited to participate in a sequence of forest therapy activities.

Yin Yoga is a beautiful practice that combines movement and mindfulness to nurture the body, mind, and soul while promoting flexibility and the opening of the body’s energy pathways.
